Clemens Food Group is seeking a Production Utility Operator III – Processing for our Tyrone, PA facility on the 2nd shift. You will cross-train on multiple machines, support processing and packaging, and serve as a flexible relief operator to cover staffing and production needs.

You will work alongside teams to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in a busy food manufacturing environment, contributing to daily operational priorities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or food processing preferred.
• Willingness to learn multiple machines, processes, and job functions.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on multiple production machines, processes, positions, and work areas.
• Operate and support various processing and production equipment.
• Serve as a flexible relief operator, stepping into different roles based on staffing needs.
• Move between departments and production lines to support daily operations.
• Assist leadership in meeting daily priorities and production goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and sanitation standards across the operation.
