Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA is hiring a full-time Machine Operator IV / Production Worker. You will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient line and quality product. Training is provided; experience in manufacturing, meat processing, or packaging is valuable.

Shift is 2nd, 2:30pm–12am, with full-time benefits. Responsibilities include routine equipment maintenance, quality checks, and accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in production or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and enter data in English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery to maintain continuous production.
• Perform routine maintenance including blade changes and setup.
• Adjust machinery for quality, yield, and line speed.
• Maintain production records (net weight sheets, run-time logs).
• Follow LOTO safety procedures and safety protocols.
• Direct workflow and collaborate with team to meet targets.
