• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions and levels.
• Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with comfort in creating tickets and updating documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through rollout and follow-up.
• Translate priorities into requirements, workstreams, timelines, owners, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Coordinate migrations across customer, data, platform, product, billing, pricing, and internal systems.
• Support feature flag introductions, modifications, and retirements.
• Build scalable systems and processes for migrations and releases.
• Implement pricing and packaging changes across relevant teams.
• Establish intake and project-management processes with timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
