A leading operational support company located in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a candidate to provide flexible cross-functional support across Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Planning functions. The role requires 3–7+ years of experience in operations and ERP knowledge, specifically in Acumatica. Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, or planning roles.
• ERP experience, preferably Acumatica.
• Proven ability to work across multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for Sales Order Entry, Receiving, Shipping, and Production Kitting.
• Enter and validate Sales Orders in Acumatica with accuracy.
• Process PO receipts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Execute daily shipping activities, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Prepare and verify production kits for contract manufacturing.
