Job summary

Itron, Inc. is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to support end-to-end business operations across planning, supply chain, delivery, and execution. You will turn data into insights, drive visibility, and help remove barriers to improve customer delivery and business performance.

This highly collaborative role requires coordinating across teams, owning KPI reviews, and enabling data-informed decisions to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations across planning, supply chain, delivery, and execution.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, improving visibility into priorities and performance.
• Own operating rhythms: KPI reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with multiple teams to drive coordinated execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to improve execution.
