Job summary

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is seeking a dependable Cross-Trained Associate to support operations across our Printing, Die Cutting, and Finishing departments. This role keeps production moving smoothly by handling materials, operating PIVs, and cross-training to join staffing needs.

Shift is 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm) with compensation of $21.00/hr. The position offers variety—no two days are the same—as you gain experience across the plant and support multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift operation experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Material handling and cross-training across Printing, Die Cutting and Finishing to maintain production flow.
• Sheeter/receiving support including waste processing and staging.
• Die cutting support with material transport, aeration and defect tagging.
• Finishing support including material transport, inventory movements, and hand-packing assistance.
• Additional duties to support production, including quality checks on print plates and housekeeping.
