Job summary

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is seeking a dependable Sheeter Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) to operate and monitor our sheeting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up materials, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain accurate production paperwork to ensure alignment with specifications.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required; machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with machine maintenance/upkeep.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sheeting machinery during production runs
• Set up materials and ensure jobs are running according to specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout production
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with machine maintenance/upkeep
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and job information
• Work closely with material handlers, supervisors, and other departments
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Safely operate forklift/clamp truck equipment (training provided)
