Job summary

Unosquare is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is passionate about turning strategy into execution. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change.

You will lead planning, establish milestones, and drive delivery excellence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong PM fundamentals including planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering teams; software development experience not required.
• 3 to 7 years of project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery by owning planning and execution for medium-to-large initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans that align teams around shared objectives.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, Operations, and other partners.
• Ensure projects deliver intended business outcomes, not just completed tasks.
