Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking a Director of Cross-Domain Solutions to own the CDS product strategy, packaging, and assurance roadmap. You will align with NSA/NCSC frameworks and Five Eyes requirements, coordinating a cross-functional team to deliver a repeatable CDS offering for high-assurance environments.

In this role you will translate requirements into sellable product, drive certifications, and lead GTM efforts to grow strategic government and defense opportunities across Windows/Linux and air-gapped

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or leadership, with security or infrastructure products.
• Experience with cross-domain solutions, data diodes, or defense/security domains.
• Fluency in NSA Raise the Bar, UK NCSC cross-domain, Common Criteria/EAL, NATO NIAPC frameworks.
• Experience selling to government/defense via system integrators.
• Hands-on role: write specifications, challenge design decisions, and drive architecture.
• Proven use of AI tools to boost productivity.
• Strong communicator and internal advocate for PM, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Package the product from proofs-of-concept into a cohesive CDS offering.
• Own the competitive narrative and create sales-ready battle cards.
• Drive demand, GTM training, and field enablement for CDS.
• Run POCs, study customer use cases, and fold successes into the packaged offering.
• Identify partnerships and contract vehicles to enable cross-domain growth.
• Own the business view: pipeline, opportunities, and metrics for leadership.
