Job summary

Peraton seeks a Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Engineer to support SITEC-3 EOM at MacDill AFB, Florida. You will lead end-to-end design, deployment, testing, and sustainment of secure cross-domain data transfer across multiple security enclaves.

This role requires coordinating with DoD stakeholders and applying STIGs, change control, and rigorous security practices while delivering high assurance interoperability for USSOCOM networks and end users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Min 12 years with HS Diploma, 10 years with AS/AA, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, or 3 years with PhD.
• DoW TS/SCI is required.
• DoW 8570.01-M IAT II.
• Must be DoW8140 compliant under Work Role Code 451.
• Strong understanding of RedHat Linux architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect, size, and deploy cross-domain systems and transfer solutions.
• Design isolated interconnects and DMZ transit zones to prevent spills.
• Architect fault-tolerant CDS topologies with automated failover.
• Author and validate complex policies and file-type parsers.
• Evaluate policy overrides against security baselines and changes.
