Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Cross Dock Associate on the 2nd shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) at the Hatfield, MA facility. You will operate an electric riding pallet jack and help unload cross dock trailers, ensuring pallets flow properly from staging to doors and that loads meet quality standards.

This role requires standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in a perishable environment with occasional multi-level work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate electric pallet jack.
• Able to stand and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
• Unload cross dock trailers.
• Ensure pallets flow from staging to doors.
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks.
• Monitor pallet construction for load quality.
• Prioritize tasks within assigned zone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
