Minimum Education and Experience
Completed Master’s degree with emphasis on research experience in cross-cultural organizational psychology.
Experience with cross-cultural research is required. The nuance of cross-cultural research necessitates deep understanding of challenges associated with measurement equivalence and bias.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in statistical software, e.g., SPSS, R, Mplus, or similar; skills in PROCESS, SEM (and CFA)—specifically multigroup modeling and invariance testing.
Writing proficiency.
IRB protocol and submission process
PhD in Industrial & Organizational/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Behavior, or closely related field.
Record of research & publication in the area of occupational health & stress and interest in cross-cultural organizational psychology.
Statistical software: SPSS, R, Mplus, PROCESS
Computer access and access to aforementioned software
The work supports a research program within the Cross-Cultural Occupational Stress & Health Research (COSHR) Lab.
70 % 1. Survey design, administration, data cleaning, and preliminary statistical analyses.
20 % 2. Drafting conference proposal abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
10 % 3. Coordinating and facilitating meetings with vendors, collaborators, and graduate student researchers.
All decisions would be made by the supervisor with input and recommendations from the incumbent.
