Job summary

Declo Jr. High is seeking a positive and dependable Assistant Cross Country Coach to support our middle school runners. This role includes assisting with practices, supervising meets, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

Salary will be based on the current year stipend salary schedule and posted on the district website. If the position is not filled by a certified staff member, a classified hire may occur with salary paid over the two-month sport season.

Qualifications

• Experience with running or coaching preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must meet district/state coaching requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with middle school cross country practices.
• Supervise meets and events.
