Responsibilities

• Planning and providing specially designed instruction to students receiving special education services
• Collaborating with related service providers and general education staff on accommodations and modifications
• Drafting and maintaining IEPs, Prior Written Notices, and evaluation paperwork as required
• Planning and facilitating meetings throughout the special education process
• Ongoing communication with parents, staff, and administrative staff regarding student planning and progress
• Managing transitions for new enrollees eligible for special education and related services
