Great Hearts Academies in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking an Exceptional Student Services Coordinator/Cross-Categorical Resource Teacher to lead specialized instruction and coordinate disability services for eligible students. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in special education or related field required.
• SPED certification provision or standard (AZ) required.
• Experience with IEPs and related services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and provide specially designed instruction for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with related services and general education staff on accommodations.
• Draft and maintain IEPs, PWNs, and evaluation paperwork as needed.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings throughout the IEP process.
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding student planning and progress.
• Manage transitions for new enrollees eligible for services.
