AVL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of materials and goods, supporting production schedules and service deliveries. You will coordinate shipments, verify regulatory compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy using the ERP system.

Ideal candidates have cross-border experience between the United States and Canada, an understanding of customs processes, and the ability to work with multiple teams to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year degree in logistics or related field; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US/Canada customs regulations and cross-border shipping processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; ensure timely delivery and proper loading/unloading.
• Communicate with 3PL, suppliers, and service departments to ensure accurate product movement.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with ERP systems for stock replenishment.
