The role focuses on advising clients on corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating business agreements, and developing client relationships with a strong emphasis on Latin American markets.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar admission required.
• 5+ years in corporate and international business (private practice preferred).
• Established, portable book of business with clients and work to move with you.
• Experience with cross-border transactions in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Peru).
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
• Experience with trademark-related matters in a corporate context.
