and Canadian operations, negotiating and managing all operational contracts, including NDAs, JVs, purchase agreements, and services contracts. The successful candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, JD, and strong skills in transactional work, legal research, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house department, with contract negotiation and transactional focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting, review, and management of operational contracts for U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage contracts from inception through execution.
• Provide proactive legal counsel on matters impacting daily business operations and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, leadership, and external counsel to support transactions and initiatives.
• Develop, improve, and maintain contracting templates and processes.
