Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by identifying prospective customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Educate customers on crop insurance and risk management products to determine suitable strategies.
• Create a personal marketing plan and collaborate regionally to promote Farm Credit products and services.
• Service crop insurance policies, including handling policy changes, collecting production history, reporting acreage, collecting premiums, and managing loss claims.
• Participate in educational programs and share product knowledge with customers and prospects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Two to five years of experience in sales, commercial lending, agriculture, or related financial fields.
