Job Description: Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Crop Insurance Agent to join our team, with potential work locations in New Stanton, PA, Martinsburg, PA, or Butler, PA. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after six months of successful employment. As a Crop Insurance Agent, you will help farmers protect their livelihoods by providing tailored insurance solutions, ensuring peace of mind through each season.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing new business by identifying prospective customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
2. Educating customers on crop insurance and risk management products to determine suitable strategies.
3. Creating a personal marketing plan and collaborating regionally to promote Farm Credit products and services.
4. Servicing crop insurance policies, including policy changes, collecting production data, reporting, and handling claims.
5. Participating in educational programs and sharing product knowledge with customers and staff.

Qualifications:
