Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. in Waterman, IL, is seeking a driver/operator to apply crop inputs with sprayers/floaters and maintain equipment in safe, DOT-compliant conditions.

You will set up blending and delivery systems, record application data, and manage loads while ensuring proper axle weights and inventory accuracy. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL with endorsements, pesticide licenses as needed, and readiness to work extended hours, with on-call duties as business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years related experience.
• Valid CDL with endorsements; clean driving record and medical card.
• Must obtain pesticide or fertilizer licenses in applicable states.
• Ability to operate sprayers, floaters, and trucks while following DOT standards.
• Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer or floater to apply crop inputs as per label.
• Record application data according to regulations and standards.
• Set up material handling, blending, storage and delivery equipment.
• Blend products according to recommended rates and procedures.
• Safely operate sprayers, floaters, trucks to meet company and DOT standards.
• Perform daily safety checks and pre-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Load/unload containers and ensure proper axle weights.
• Maintain inventory and turnover records with invoices or delivery tickets.
