Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc is seeking a field-ready operator to run sprayers/floaters and haul equipment in the Waterman, IL area. You will apply crop inputs, document application data, and ensure loads are properly balanced while meeting safety and DOT standards.

Required are a CDL license with endorsements, ability to lift 51–70 lbs, and 0–2 years of related work. Licenses for pesticide/fertilizer applicators should be obtained as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years related work experience.
• Must obtain CDL license with endorsements and medical card.
• Must obtain pesticide/fertilizer applicator licenses when required.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs and work extended hours.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer or floater to apply crop inputs.
• Transport and operate trucks and equipment.
• Record application data according to regulations.
• Load/unload, balance loads, and ensure axle weights.
• Perform safety checks and maintenance.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations.
