Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain a CDL license with endorsements within 1 year of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain pesticide/applicator license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately applies crop production inputs to fields according to rates and pesticide labels.
• Records application data according to regulations and standards.
• Operates sprayers, floaters, and trucks safely and maintains equipment.
• Conducts pre-trip inspections and daily safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Loads/unloads materials, ensures proper distribution and axle weights.
• Assists with inventory control and records optimization daily.
