Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Crop Consultant to scout and assess acres across Harrisonville, Adrian, Chilhowee, Rich Hill, and MO, delivering reports with actionable recommendations. You will promote Crop‑Trak consulting services and work on precision agriculture aspects like variable rate fertility within your territory.

The role values agronomy knowledge, field crops familiarity, and a background in agriculture. Preferred qualifications include a B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Agronomy preferred.
• CCA certificate preferred.
• Agriculture background helpful.
• Knowledge of field crops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scout acres across MO territory to report results with recommendations.
• Promote and grow Crop‑Trak crop consulting service in territory.
• Develop variable rate fertility recommendations among precision services.
• All duties performed per company policy.

Responsibilities

• The Crop Consultant will scout acres across Harrisonville, Adrian, Chilhowee, Rich Hill, MO to give customers a report of the results with any needed recommendations.
• They will also be asked to promote and grow the Crop‑Trak crop consulting service throughout their assigned territory.
• This position also requires some responsibilities for developing variable rate fertility recommendations among other aspects of precision services.
• All duties must be performed in accordance with company policy.
