Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Crop Consultant to scout acres and deliver crop reports with actionable recommendations within their assigned territory. The role emphasizes growing the Crop-Trak consulting service and supporting farmers with precision-agriculture solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. degree in Agronomy (preferred) and a CCA certificate (preferred), with a strong agriculture background and knowledge of field crops. On-site position with collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Scout acres across assigned territory to provide customers with a report and recommendations
• Promote and grow the Crop-Trak crop consulting service across the territory
• Develop variable rate fertility recommendations and other precision service aspects as needed

The Crop Consultant will scout acres across their assigned territory to give customers a report of the results with any needed recommendations. They will also be asked to promote and grow the Crop-Trak crop consulting service throughout their assigned territory. This position also requires some responsibilities for developing variable rate fertility recommendations among other aspects of precision services. All duties must be performed in accordance with company policy.
