Job summary

Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services seeks a Lead CRO technician to guide shop priorities and assign tasks, ensuring efficient workflow on customer jobs. You will mentor technicians and lead by example in safety and quality, while leveraging Power BI to field customer questions and track progress.

This leadership position requires deep familiarity with FAA FAR Part 145 repair station operations, manuals, and directives, and a proactive approach to returning items to service with

Qualifications

• FAA regulations knowledge related to FAR Part 145 repair station operations.
• Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Overhaul Manuals.
• Awareness of Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and Illustrated Parts Catalogues.
• Understanding Structural Repair Manuals and related repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and set priorities to ensure efficient shop workflow.
• Work on billable customer jobs and coordinate task assignments.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians.
• Handle fielding customer service questions and support with Power BI insights.
• Return to service shop items and ensure proper certification.
