Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue growth within a banking/insurance environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy across bank and insurance.
• Lead sales, bank channel partnerships, and client retention initiatives.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Oversee performance metrics, pipeline management, and incentives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all revenue-generating activities.
