Job summary

Qualifications

Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure (eNLC).
CRNA certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
PALS and ACLS certifications.
Background checks and clearances as required by state law.

Responsibilities

Assesses, plans, evaluates, and implements anesthetic management for all patients.
Maintains accurate medical record documentation.
Continuously monitors patients under anesthesia and consults attending physician as needed.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Adheres to AAANA standards and HIPAA and privacy policies.
Mentors staff or students when appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
