Job summary

Requirements include PA RN licensure (PA or eNLC), CRNA certification, and CPR/ACLS/PALS; prior CRNA experience is preferred. Compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies is essential.

Qualifications

• PA RN licensure (PA or eNLC) is required.
• CRNA certification is required.
• PALS, ACLS and CPR certifications are required or preferred as specified.
• Preferred prior CRNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, evaluates, and implements anesthetic management for all patients.
• Provides accurate medical record documentation related to anesthesia care.
• Continuously monitors patients under anesthesia and coordinates with attending physician.
• Participates in performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to HIPAA and regulatory standards in anesthesia care.
• Acts as a clinical resource to the health care team and mentors staff or students.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
