Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive, patient-centered setting. This role offers autonomy within a collaborative team and opportunities across a full scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and evaluate data pertinent to the patient’s medical and surgical history.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids in accordance with accepted standards of safe practice.
• Support ongoing assessment of airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to anesthesia for patient safety.
• Complete required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
