Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and evaluating patient data for the planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids in line with safe practice standards.
• Continuously monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses to ensure patient safety.
• Document the surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer notes.
• Log incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
