Job summary

SMG System Medical Group in Uniontown, PA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who will provide anesthetic care for surgical patients under physician direction. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where services will be performed.
• Board certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient safety at all times.
• Maintains excellence in airway management and熟 in airway adjuncts (e.g., Bullard, fiberoptic scope).
• Performs induction, maintenance, and emergence of general, regional, and monitored anesthesia cases.
• Monitors patient response to anesthetic; informs surgeon/anesthesiologist of adverse conditions.
• Administers IV fluids and blood products as indicated; evaluates need for labs and provides resuscitation as necessary.
• Documents anesthesia records and ensures safety checks on anesthesia equipment.
