Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or valid eNLC.
• CRNA certification is required.
• CPR certification (AHA).
• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73.
• PALS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Previous CRNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, evaluates, and implements anesthesia management for all patients.
• Provides continuous observation and responds to abnormal patient responses under supervision.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Adheres to nursing standards and AANA guidelines; ensures safety.
• Acts as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary team; mentors staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
