HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time outpatient position with an established surgical organization in California’s southern Central Valley near Bakersfield.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PALS certification when required.
• Outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Review patient histories and diagnostic information.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Manage patients throughout outpatient surgical procedures.
• Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately.
• Support postoperative recovery and discharge readiness.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow applicable regulatory and patient-safety standards.
