Job summary
Henry Ford Health in Detroit and Rochester campuses seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Manager to lead safe anesthetic care in the Operating Room and hospital. This role combines clinical oversight with staff coordination.
You will mentor CRNAs and cross-functional teams, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians and nursing leadership to sustain high‑performance patient care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Anesthesiology or Nursing.
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible clinical leadership.
- NBCRNA certification current.
- Michigan RN license current.
- Michigan CRNA specialty license.
- Member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital.
- Administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities to optimize unit operations.
- Provide unit leadership and work in partnership with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team.
- Develop a quality practice setting that supports professional nurse anesthesia practice.
- Enhance communication and feedback mechanisms within the team.
- Accept organizational accountability for services provided to recipients.
