Henry Ford Health in Clinton Twp, MI is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia care team. You will administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics, manage airways, and provide perioperative care for diverse surgical cases.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and CRNA certification with a master’s or doctoral degree, plus strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
