Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anesthesiology or Nursing.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible clinical leadership.
• NBCRNA certification current.
• Michigan RN license current.
• Michigan CRNA specialty license.
• Member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

Role Overview

As a CRNA Manager, you will ensure the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital. You will administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities, provide unit leadership, and work in partnership with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team to develop a quality practice setting. Your role is critical in supporting professional nurse anesthesia practice and enhancing patient care outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the delivery of safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital.
• Administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities to optimize unit operations.
• Provide unit leadership and work in partnership with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team.
• Develop a quality practice setting that supports professional nurse anesthesia practice.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Anesthesiology or Nursing.
• Three to five years of progressively more responsible leadership in a clinical setting.
• Current CRNA certification through the National Board on the Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
• Current specialty license in the State of Michigan to practice as a CRNA.
• Member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
