Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to contribute to a full-scope anesthesia practice. The role includes clinical responsibilities, data review, airway and patient safety management, and accurate documentation within a comprehensive anesthesia team.

Compensation reflects national survey data at the 90th percentile with sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 and a four-year commitment, plus tuition reimbursement and robust retirement plans.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Mansioni

• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating data pertinent to the patient’s medical and surgical history.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses to ensure patient safety.
• Complete documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note.
