UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, including cardio-thoracic cases and cardiac catheterizations.

The role includes participation in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and requires graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, active CRNA certification in Alabama, and ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• APN with CRNA certification by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
