Qualifications

• CRNA must be graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Duties include collecting and evaluating patient data for procedures.
• Ability to maintain patient safety during anesthesia administration.

Responsibilities

• Assists with data collection for patient history and planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses.
• Completes documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-op assessment, intra-op record, transfer notes.
• Logs incidents in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
