Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• CRNA license or eligibility as applicable in state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and plan anesthesia based on procedure.
• Maintain safe environment and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic responses.
• Complete surgical safety checklist and intraoperative records.
• Log incidents in the Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
