Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a highly qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team in Jackson, TN. You will contribute to safe, patient-centered care with comprehensive perioperative management and collaborative practice across surgical services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Delineates anesthesia responsibilities per clinical privileges.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data relevant to history and planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Complete required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in Safety Portal.
