Qualifications

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data for planned procedures.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses for patient safety.
• Completes required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-op assessment, intra-op anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
