Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Aufgaben

• Assists with data collection and evaluation of patient medical and surgical history related to planned procedures.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids following safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status and physiologic responses to ensure patient safety.
• Completes required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
