Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a full-time CRNA for our Marquette, MI outpatient clinic and surgery center. You will administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care under physician supervision, with responsibilities before, during, and after procedures.

The role includes a 1,720-hour annual requirement, potential for additional shifts, and a strong compensation package including a $245,000 base plus a retention incentive of $100,000 after five years.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for nurse anesthetists.
• Current Michigan RN license or Nurse Compact License.
• CRNA certification through NBCRNA.
• APNP certification to work independently in Marquette.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia or sedation for surgical procedures.
• Develops pre-anesthetic plan and writes orders.
• Monitors patients and adjusts anesthesia plan as needed.
