Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey State license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Demonstrated clinical experience across a diverse range of anesthesia cases.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia across orthopedic, ENT, general, and some neurosurgery cases.
• OB coverage available but not required.
• Collaborate with physicians and CRNAs for safe, efficient patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia in real time.
• Provide postoperative care and oversee patient recovery.
