Job summary

Centurion Anesthesia seeks a full-time CRNA for a hospital-based role in Secaucus, NJ. The position offers a $325K base salary with a flexible schedule of 40 hours or 36 hours pro-rated, plus a $70k retention bonus tied to a 3-year commitment.

Qualifications

• CRNA license and certification to practice in New Jersey.
• Experience in pre-op evaluation and intraoperative anesthesia management.
• Strong collaboration in a hospital-based care-team model.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Op Evaluations: conduct risk assessments and plan care.
• Intraoperative Management: provide general/regional anesthesia and monitor patients.
• Post-Op & PACU: oversee emergence and manage pain.
• Emergency Response: airway management and rapid response across the facility.
• Team Collaboration: work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff.
