North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking CRNAs for opportunities in Wayne and Paterson, NJ. New grads welcome. We offer comprehensive, sophisticated diagnostic and treatment services, with a collaborative care team model.

Schedule features full-time hours 36–40 per week with no nights, no call, and no weekends. You will provide anesthesia across a range of procedures including B&B, ortho, spine, endo, vascular, urology, and neuro, with supportive leadership and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Education
