Yale New Haven Health is seeking a CRNA Faculty Instructor for the School of Nurse Anesthesia in New Haven, CT. This full-time day rotation role supports didactic and clinical instruction, supervises SRNAs, and participates in program development within a leading academic clinical environment.

The position requires CRNA experience, COA-accredited education, and a doctoral-level credential (DNP/DNAP) or current doctoral enrollment. Strong teaching and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program.
A Doctoral degree (DNP/DNAP) or enrolled in a doctoral program.

Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring COA standards and guidelines.
Coordinate activities and committees to meet program goals.
Involved in interviewing and selecting students as needed.
Coordinate clinical program scheduling for SRNAs.
Communicate with rotation sites for student evaluations.
Review anesthetic management plans and assist in evaluations.
Serve as a professional role model for students.
Support PD and APD with remediation planning.
Participate in didactic and clinical instruction.
