UAB Medicine seeks a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, including cardio-thoracic cases and catheterizations.

This role includes participation in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program and hold APN/CRNA certification with ACLS, BLS, and PALS credentials recognized by the Alabama Board of Nursing.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
• Currently certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• Currently certified with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Currently certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Currently certified with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Responsabilidades
